So I leave in 30 minutes to catch my flight to Rome (as my dad says, on the flight I should sleep). I will only be gone for a week but in that time I will explore three countries, and live the high life on a cruise ship. My bag weighs in at 40 pounds (iffy so so iffy, but if necessary I can stuff stuff in my backpack). I wanted to bring a bigger backpack for the airport part, but I want a smaller one for the trip. Struggles. So many struggles. I did not pack a rain jacker because I didn't have room, and if it rains, I am getting wet. No doubt about it. I'll invest in an umbrella if it becomes necessary.
The main problem with the weight of the bag i the amount of clothes and shoes I had to bring. Seven pairs of shoes, four dresses (all fancy), plus walk around clothes, exercise clothes, clubbing clothes... SO MANY CLOTHES (pretty much my whole wardrobe)!! But anyway, I will try to post on this daily, hopefully with pictures. I really want to get a picture of the Gaudi Cathedral up (shout out to Aunt Carolyn for pointing this out)
